Digital cleanup campaign is an Erasmus+ project. Partners in this project are Norway, Slovenia, Croatia and Tenerife.
The project aims to raise awareness about the negative impact of digitalization and media consumption on the environment and climate.
The objective is to promote more sustainable digital practices through research, education, and advocacy campaigns.
The project hopes to encourage environmentally friendly use of digital technologies, raise awareness about energy consumption and e-waste, and promote a culture of sustainability.
Cloud storage facilities require vast amounts of energy to power and cool the servers that store and manage data. This energy consumption contributes to carbon emissions and environmental pollution.
As the result of exchanges students will create posters, booklet, videos and social media campaign.
